BreezeTech Heating & Cooling is a locally owned, husband-and-wife-run HVAC company based in Papillion, Nebraska. We’re a small, tight-knit team that values quality work, integrity, great customer service, and taking care of people. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who wants to grow with us.

We’re looking for someone who has at least 3 years of HVAC experience and is comfortable working independently, managing their day, and being the trusted face of BreezeTech in our customers’ homes.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of HVAC experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule
• Clean, valid driving record
• Strong personal values, integrity, and commitment to quality work

• $58,000–$80,000/year, depending on experience
