Goal setting in July? YES! We are now halfway through the year, and before we know it, we will be ringing in 2023. This class will discuss the importance of setting clear and attainable goals for the rest of 2022 and 2023, so you can kick next year off with momentum. Clayton will dive into the acronym SMART goals, but won't just stop there. We will be laying the framework using the 1-3-5 method to help establish systems that will make your goals attainable. Most people can set goals but what they lack is a system around how they plan to achieve the goal.
Remember that your system is more important than the goal.
