    Event Description:
    Is Franchising A Good Fit For You?
    Do you want to open a new, or additional, small business franchise, but don’t know where to get started?  Come learn from Sarpy County franchise owners (and Sarpy Chamber members) who have already taken the plunge within a variety of industries.  This interactive workshop will cover: 
    • ​The ins and outs of franchising, from experienced local franchise owners;
    • How to decide if franchising, and what kind of franchise, is a good fit for you;
    • Why semi-absentee ownership opportunities have flourished in franchising; 
    • The broad spectrum of businesses available in franchising; and, 
    • Some common franchising misconceptions.
    - Moderated by Blake Martin, Omaha Franchise Owner and SCORE Volunteer.  Panelist will include James Masters of Focal Point Coaching and Jim Slisik of Fitness Machine Technicians.
