    Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
    • Brand and Strategy Support: In conjunction with the Director, develops and implements integrated marketing plans and strategies to support the goals of the corporation. Assists in building the corporate brand, positioning and market share via creative direction within communication channels such as website, press releases, advertising, social media, digital marketing, marketing campaigns, etc. Writes, proofreads and edits marketing materials, bank collateral and internal templates to ensure accuracy of information and conformity to brand standards. Develops and implements tracking of marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
       
    • Promotion and Communication: Partners with lines of business across markets to develop and distribute materials that promote their services and increase visibility in the community. Manages and coordinates the customer newsletter, including research and development of articles, copywriting, editing, and partnering on layout and design. Assists with the coordination of tradeshow/booth requests with supporting materials, giveaways, physical setup. Partners with Talent & Organizational Development, as needed, to coordinate internal and external communication.
       
    • Public Relations: Partners with the Director on development of public relations strategies to enhance the banks’ position to the media, including special events and media releases. Plans and coordinates special events, such as Grand openings, open houses, and sponsored events. Under the direction of marketing leadership, may interface with the media using prepared and approved statements. Represents the bank in all events and activities with superior professionalism.
       
    • Project Management: Develops project plans, schedules, milestones and track the effectiveness and timeliness of all assigned projects. Coordinates with internal stakeholders, vendors and contractors as necessary to fulfill marketing and corporate needs.
    Experience Needed:
    • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related or similar role
    Education, Licensure & Certification Needed:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline required
    Skills & Abilities Needed:
    • Excellent project management skills with general marketing knowledge and the ability to continuously learn, as well as stay abreast of industry trends.
