    What YOU Get
    • $100 dollars a qualified lead (SQL) plus 20% of their first sale
    • Minimum = $10,000/mo. when you hit 100% of standards with unlimited potential pay

    Outside Salesperson Minimum Standard
    • 12 SQLs/wk. (Sales qualified Leads) What is an SQL – a business owner with 3 or more employees, invited and show up to a seminar; “Your job is to get the lead to the seminar…” with a 60 SQLs/mo. = stretch goal 
    • 5 Sales/wk. – working with the sales team to increase quality of leads to enrollment with a 20 Sales/mo. = goal

    • You are highly social. You are exceptional at talking with business owners at events and leaving with qualified leads.
    • You will excel at inviting the leads you leave networking events with to the best business seminar in the Omaha Metro area.
    • You will be responsible for registering prospective clients (business owners) into complimentary seminars/webinars and working with the inside sales team directly.
    • Deliver accurate reporting daily on your performance.
    • You have a track record of success in the last 2-3 yrs.
