Inspire Your Why is looking for a new member who can help us bridge the gap between traditional mental health and holistic healing techniques.
Requirements:
- LIMHP in the state of Nebraska
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- Supervision hours of PLMHPs and LMHPs
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- A passion to normalize mental health
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Preferences:
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Experience with children, adolescents, couples, and families
