Director of Development

This position spearheads our fundraising, community partnership efforts, marketing, communications, and engagement initiatives, playing a vital role in our financial health and growth.  Responsibilities include focusing on relationship-based fundraising and maintaining strong connections to existing individuals and corporate investors.  This person will seek out and engage new donors and supporters to secure and expand Town and Country's fundraising potential.  They work closely with the President of the BOD, and serve as a resource for Town and Country's board of directors.
