Information for Businesses – Coronavirus 2019
The 2019 Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be a center of daily new reports. The CDC, Nebraska
DHHS, and Sarpy/Cass Health Department continue to communicate and coordinate important information to community partners and community members. To help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases like COVID-19 or the flu remember to:
- Get a flu shot
- Cover our mouth when you cough, and if you use a tissue throw it in the trash and then wash your hands
- Wash your hands regularly with soap and water and avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.
- If you are sick, stay home.
- Avoid close contact – basically within six feet – of people who are sick.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
CDC Travel Recommendations Updates
As of this week, the travel notices/
recommendations have expanded due to recent outbreaks in other countries other than mainland China. Below is a
