
This session will address the complexities of managing conversations that may be fraught with dread, fear, or pain for either or both parties. Based on research and practice, participants will discuss why it's vital for an organization and managers to engage in the practice of providing feedback, and why both the skill to do so and the attitude for doing so are so critical to a successful outcome. We'll address how to best prepare for and deliver difficult content, achieve win-win outcomes whenever possible, and maintain valued relationships through genuine commitment to growth and development.
