HVAC Maintenance Technician - Full-Time
Monday - Friday / 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

General Description: Performs HVAC repair, maintenance, installation and other general maintenance functions in the district as assigned. Duties shall be performed in a manner to derive maximum benefit of district funds and resources. Principal responsibility for the safe, healthful, and comfortable learning environment provided by the HVAC equipment operated by the school district.

Qualifications:  High School diploma and trade school or factory service trained.  EPA Refrigerant Type II — minimum requirement. Commercial HVAC equipment field service experience required including water source heat pumps and use of Building Automation Systems. Valid state driver's license and a good driving record required. Employees must meet the insurability requirements of the school district carrier. Must be available to respond to emergency service calls after hours and weekends.
