Great Plains State Bank Hosts Grand Opening

GREAT PLAINS STATE BANK HOSTS GRAND OPENING
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(OMAHA, NE) - Great Plains State Bank will celebrate their new branch location, 17041 Lakeside Hills Plaza, with a Grand Opening on Wednesday, June 12 from 11:00 am-2:00 pm.  A Ribbon Cutting with the Greater Omaha Chamber will commence at 1:30 pm.
Great Plains State Bank opened their newly remodeled doors in mid-March after the bank relocated to a more “convenient and accessible location.”  According to CEO, Rick Chochon, “This move better reflects GPSbank’s commitment to providing great personal service in Omaha.”
Since its arrival five years ago, the branch has made a significant impact on the footprint of “community banking” with its trademark “great personal service” and “local decision-making.”   Omaha is one of five branch locations offering an extended range of banking services and products.
Omaha Market President, Matt Meduna, who has been with GPSbank since its Omaha inception says, “GPSbank is excited about our new larger facility which reflects our dedication to growth while continuing  to provide enhanced banking services to our valued customers.” 
The Grand Opening celebration will give the public an opportunity to meet staff and learn more about our banking products.  The Grand Opening will feature a free lunch.
 
About GPSbank:  Established in 1921, plans for expansion were put forth in August 2015. By January 2016, the transition of ownership was finalized, culminating in the rebranding to Great Plains State Bank.
