NEBRASKA BREWING COMPANY ANNOUNCES NEW NAME, NEW LOCATION FOR 11TH ANNUAL BEER FEST

(LaVista, NE) – Nebraska Brewing Company is changing the venue for its annual beer fest once more, and its name for the first time ever. Sarpy County Fairgrounds will be the home for the all-new Great Nebraska Brew Bash. The festival is set to take place on Saturday, August 24th. In addition to an amped up beer fest, the event will also feature a number of new activities for the first time ever. Ticket holders and non-ticket holders alike will have access to an outdoor marketplace featuring many local vendors and artists in addition to a food truck rally. Beer fest attendees will enjoy the traditional tasting experience alongside yard games, live music, and access to on-site camping.

The Brew Bash will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the opening of the marketplace and arrival of the food trucks, with the beer fest beginning at 12:30 p.m. for VIP’s and 2:00 p.m. for general admission.

For the seventh consecutive year, the event will benefit the Gift of Sight charity, with a portion of the proceeds helping to provide FREE sight-restoring surgeries to those living needlessly blind around the world. Bike for Sight, their annual fundraiser, will take place on-site the morning of the festival along with an organized run, the Brew Bash Dash, to round out the day’s outdoor activities.
