Hi! My name is Maddy Hiatt and I’m the Family and Community Advocate at HomeCare Advocacy Network (HCAN) Sarpy and Lincoln.

 

I’ve worked in the senior care industry for eight years, and I have a gerontology degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I have experience in various senior living settings, dementia/memory care, and hospice.

 

At HCAN, I’m the first touchpoint for our clients and their families, visiting them and evaluating their needs.

 

I also support Services Coordinators, Nurses, Hospital Discharge Planners, Senior Living Directors, and more. If that’s you or someone you work with, I’d love the opportunity to understand you or your colleague’s challenges and help.
