Position: Customer Service / Order Entry
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay: $22.00–25.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | Full-Time
Bilingual a plus (not required)

Shift Schedule

2nd Shift (Primary Need):

• Tuesday – Friday: 3:00 PM – Finish

• Saturday: 1:00 PM – Finish

• Off Monday & Sunday

(1st shift options may also be available)

What You’ll Do

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Coordinate and dispatch customer shipments

• Communicate with warehouse/processing departments, customers and carriers

• Answer phones and provide clerical and administrative support

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

• Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is accurate and completed on time

• Assist with inbound and outbound freight scheduling

• Perform data entry, filing, emails and faxing

• Complete additional administrative duties as assigned

Work Environment

• Cold temperatures (approximately 28–38 degrees depending on assignment)

• Possible wet or damp floors

• Exposure to meat products including blood and fat pieces

Safety Expectations

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Report any safety concerns to management

• Ability to perform data entry, maintain files and send emails/faxes
