This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving and being a reliable point of contact in a busy operation.
Shift Schedule
2nd Shift (Primary Need):

Tuesday – Friday: 3:00 PM – Finish

Saturday: 1:00 PM – Finish

Off Monday & Sunday
(1st shift options may also be available)
What You’ll Do
-
Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
-
Coordinate and dispatch customer shipments
-
Communicate with warehouse/processing departments, customers and carriers
-
Answer phones and provide clerical and administrative support
-
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is accurate and completed on time

Assist with inbound and outbound freight scheduling

Perform data entry, filing, emails and faxing
-
Complete additional administrative duties as assigned
Work Environment
-
Cold temperatures (approximately 28–38 degrees depending on assignment)

Possible wet or damp floors
-
Exposure to meat products including blood and fat pieces

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Report any safety concerns to management

Comfortable using computers, calculators and phone systems

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to perform data entry, maintain files and send emails/faxes

Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
