    Starting October 24, 2025 - Southwest Airlines will offer free wifi to all Southwest Rapid Rewards members, where wifi is available.  This one of many changes coming for Southwest in the coming months.

  • Refunds for credit card payments will be issued as a check paid to the company under which the registration was made. A 10% procession fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
