    SCYP Pop Up Events connect motivated and energetic business professionals across the county and this February it’s all about leadership.

    Join us on February 15th for a luncheon centered by a roundtable discussion on leadership in the work place. What makes a great leader? We get the conversation going with thoughts from management theorist, Simon Sinek, who suggests a great leader makes their employees feel secure and draws staffers into a circle of trust. But creating trust and safety means taking on a big responsibility. What opportunities and challenges do we face when taking on that responsibility?

    Joanne Carlberg, winner of the Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce Business Leader of the Year Award, will also speak to the group.

    To maximize the effectiveness of a roundtable discussion, seating is limited to 25. Don’t miss this chance to engage in meaningful conversations and an exchange of ideas about the impact of leadership!
