• ASE Master Technician (or equivalent experience)
• Confident in Diagnostics (Drivability, Electronics and that weird noise no one else seems to be able to find)
• Takes pride in clean professional work
• Values teamwork but does not need hand holding
• Cares about the client and your own reputation
