Commercial Janitorial Porter

Requires at least 6 months experience in commercial janitorial work with references. Work hours will be late evenings only. Candidates will be required to work weekends and some holidays. Must have reliable transportation to work multiple job sites. Must be detailed orientated and complete all tasks in a timely manner A $300 hiring bonus will be available after 6 months employment with perfect attendance pending review. Job duties include vacuuming,dusting, window cleaning, know how to operate a back pack vacuum, pressure washer and auto floor scrubber. All employees names will enter in a monthly drawing for perfect attendance with winner receiving a $125 bonus. Starting pay up to $17 per hour for full time and $15 per hr for part time.
