Job Title: Field Service Repair Technician
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay: $20.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Repair Technician. This is a hands-on, mobile role where you’ll troubleshoot and repair printers, copiers and scanners at customer sites. If you enjoy working independently, solving technical problems and providing great service, this is a strong opportunity to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair printers, copiers and scanners (HP, Xerox, Lexmark a plus)

• Respond to service calls promptly to minimize equipment downtime

• Repair and replace mechanical and electrical components

• Maintain parts inventory and order supplies as needed

• Provide professional, customer-focused service during on-site visits

• Accurately complete service tickets, meter reads and parts usage reports

• Identify opportunities to support customer needs and improve service

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience with printer/copier repair preferred

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

• Basic computer and networking knowledge (preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks on-site

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license required

• Must pass background check and drug screen

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Electronics, IT or related field preferred)
