Executive Director – La Vista Community Foundation (LVCF)
Seeking a community-minded leader with a passion for service, relationship-building, and making a difference in La Vista.
The LVCF is seeking a passionate, energetic, and driven Executive Director to lead fundraising, community engagement, and Foundation operations.
This position is ideal for someone who believes in the power of public service, has a passion for nonprofit work, and is committed to making a lasting impact in the La Vista community.
We're looking for a professional, approachable, and confident relationship-builder who can connect with donors, sponsors, businesses, and community leaders. Fundraising experience is preferred, but candidates with successful sales, business development, sponsorship, or other revenue-generating experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:- Lead fundraising and donor development efforts
- Build and maintain sponsor and community relationships
- Coordinate Foundation events and initiatives
- Serve as a visible ambassador for the Foundation
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to advance the Foundation's mission
- Flexible schedule (30–40 hours per week);
- Remote/home office-based position with local meetings, events, and community engagement
- Salary range: $55,000–$70,000; final salary determination to be made by the Board; no retirement or health benefits available;
