Hi, I'm Mary M Garcia, LIMHP, LPC and I can't wait to meet you. Stepping out and sharing your story can feel scary. I understand this feeling and want you to know it is healthy to reach out. I have faith in the counseling process and the small steps that can lead you to lasting reward and renewed hope that things will and do change. Individuals, couples, and families can benefit from therapy for many life situations. Together we will develop a plan to move forward whether it is grief, anxiety, a traumatic event, anger, depression, stress, life transitions, communication, premarital and marriage counseling or other concerns. I hold membership in the American Counseling Association, Nebraska Counseling Association, and American Association of Christian Counselors to bring you the most current knowledge.
