Athlete vs Parent Performance Hour
Settle the debate once and for all!Join Redline Athletics and Aim Fitness & Nutrition for a FREE one-of-a-kind workout on August 3 at 5:00pm. This specially integrated workout allows both the athlete and the parent(s) to work and compete side-by-side. Test your speed, agility, decision-making, and strength against each other and others in the gym!
Athletes and parents will spend 30 minutes on the turf with Redline performance coaches and 30 minutes in the weight room with Aim Fitness expert coaches.
All fitness levels are welcome and no experience is necessary! Come and set the standard for the next generation!
