Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join an amazing skin care company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and optimizing supply chain processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of warehouse management and logistics.

Days: Monday-Friday

Hours: Typical 8A-5P, but can vary start and finish, but always 8 hours.

Opportunity for OT depending on need/demand.

Pay Rate: Starting at 20.23 per hour

Job Description:

Manage inventory flow within the warehouse

-Prioritize work tasks related to inventory flow, physical counts/recounts and general inventory housekeeping.

-Ability to perform merchandising return logistics.

-Responsible for operating enterprise resources planning (ERP) and warehouse management systems (WMS), including data corrections.

-Help with receipt/ put away incoming freight.

-Assist with all other warehouse duties including warehouse associate duties assigned by manager.

Requirements and Qualifications:

-Experience working with warehouse inventory management.

-Strong attention to detail, decision making and identifying and resolving complex problems.

-Strong technical literacy with expertise in enterprise resources planning (ERP) and warehouse management systems (WMS)

-Able to perform mathematical functions and data analysis.-Strong willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with others.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

-Must already have obtained prior certification on forklift training if coming from staffing company.

Physical and Mental demands:

Active, must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time.

Be able to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally to move objects.

Constant use of the upper extremities is required to reach, handle and position products, materials, tools, equipment and computer systems.

Must always wear safety vest.

Must be capable of operating a forklift and pallet jack.
